Numans Group has concise policies to underpin our values which cannot be compromised when delivering a high level of service to our clients. These policies enhance service delivery and value for money as well as protect the interests of all stakeholders.
Occupational Health and Safety
Numans Group prides itself on its approach to OH&S by not only focusing on workplace conditions but also on peoples' behavior, involving a system based on observing peoples' actions, identifying unsafe acts, and encouraging safe work practices. Numans Group has a core belief that an injury-free workplace is not only desirable but is practically achievable.
Instruction, supervision and training are provided at all levels of the organisation including management, operatives, and workplace safety committees.
All personnel and subcontractors are briefed on the expectations of all parties in relation to OH&S at the time of engagement and during their activities within or for the company. Sub-contractors are briefed on our expectations relating to the development and implementation of Site-specific safety management plans and/or Safe Working Method Statements, Establishment of Site Safety Rules and development of procedures for ensuring adherence to those rules.
Numans Group's Safety System is by no means a static document. It is subject to regular reviews and updates in order to cater for our business and employees in a dynamic environment.
Numans Group wears its Platinum Work-safe accreditation award as a badge of honour.

The quality of the Numans Group’s service is of concern to each and every person within the organisation.
