The Numans Group was established in 1988 to provide construction and asset services to both private and public sector organizations. The group has developed In-House expertise to offer a broad range of services through its two operating divisions Numans Building Services and Numans Accommodation Villages.
Numans Building Services
Numans Building Services has a proven track record in providing Construction and Asset Services to both the Government and Mining and Resources sector. Our services include;

Numans also has strong quality and safety systems and has achieved platinum worksafe accreditation. Our strong safety systems have led to pre-qualification status with a number of Australia’s leading Mining and Resource companies.
Numans Accommodation Villages
Numans Accommodation Villages was established to provide complete workforce accommodation village solutions in both remote and regional locations across Australia. This division is focused on the development and management of accommodation villages for the mining and resources sector. The services provided by this division include;

Our Villages
Numans Accommodation Villages is focused on establishing a portfolio of quality villages in a number of regional locations including the South West, Geraldton in the Midwest and in the North West in Broome, Karratha, Port Headland, Newman and Broome.
Collie Hills Village
In the remote southwest town of Collie Numans has recently completed the design, and construction of a 200 person accommodation village. This project was successfully completed from Concept to Turnkey operation within a six month timeframe and is currently servicing the project accommodation needs of the Collie Industrial Hub with infra-structure projects underway for sectors including Power Generation and Utility projects. Numans Accommodation Villages also provide operational and management services at the village including catering, cleaning, maintenance and village booking and management services.
Newman Accommodation Village Project
Numans has undertaken the acquisition of land for the development of a quality 500 Bed Accommodation Village in the town of Newman. Numans is completing all feasibility and building license aspects for this project having achieved Council approval of its comprehensive development application. Expressions of interest are currently being taken from companies interested in taking rooms in this village.
